Veterans Healthcare
Ensuring veterans receive the medical and mental health support they earned through their service.
Veterans often face significant barriers when accessing traditional healthcare systems—long wait times, limited specialist access, transportation challenges, or gaps in mental health support. The Intellibus Care Foundation is building a dedicated Veterans Healthcare program designed to close these gaps with comprehensive, compassionate, and technology-enabled care.
We collaborate with existing national veteran healthcare systems, strengthening—not replacing—them. Our goal is simple: no veteran should struggle alone to access the care they deserve.
Our Services
Primary Care
Comprehensive health assessments, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and follow-up care for veterans who face delays or challenges in accessing traditional services.
Mental Health Support
Therapists and clinicians experienced in military cultural realities provide support for PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance-use challenges, and crisis prevention.
Specialty Care via Telemedicine
Veterans gain access to specialists—including orthopedics, cardiology, neurology, chronic pain management, and more—through our remote telemedicine network and collaborating medical experts.
Care Coordination
Patient advocates help veterans navigate healthcare systems, referrals, appointments, documentation, and continuity of care across multiple providers.
Home Health Services
In-home nursing, physical therapy, and support with mobility or daily activities for veterans with chronic conditions or limited independence.
Family Support
Support for spouses, caregivers, and children through counseling, guidance, and access to resources—recognizing that military service impacts entire families.

Early Impact & 2025 Foundations
The Veterans Healthcare Program is launching within the larger humanitarian framework already operating in Jamaica. Our early work—supporting communities after national disaster events—has resulted in:
- 200+ patients treated across Jamaica
- Delivery of medical aid, triage, and ongoing assessments in underserved communities
- Strengthened ties with the Jamaica Defence Force and the Barbados Defence Force to inform future veteran-focused care pathways
- Telemedicine workflows that will transition directly into veteran access programs
- Digital triage processes that help identify vulnerable populations, including veterans and seniors
As the program scales, veteran-specific outcomes will be tracked and published transparently through our upcoming reporting framework.
The Road Ahead
In 2026 and 2027, we will expand veteran-focused care through:
Our long-term commitment is to build a permanent, accessible, high-accuracy healthcare system for veterans across Jamaica and the Caribbean.
