The Foundation provides humanitarian, medical, educational, community health, and early-stage telemedicine services. These Services support community well-being but do not replace emergency medical care.

Some Services may include digital triage, remote assessments, or virtual consultations.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Telemedicine may not be suitable for every condition
  • Connectivity issues may affect service availability
  • Telemedicine does not replace urgent, in-person emergency care
  • Services may vary by jurisdiction and clinician availability

For emergencies, users must contact local emergency services.

5. Accuracy of Information

The Foundation strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that:

  • Website content
  • Digital health outputs
  • Program descriptions
  • Community resources

are error-free or suitable for all situations. Users must apply information responsibly.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

The Foundation complies with:

  • European Union GDPR
  • Jamaica Data Protection Act (JDPA)
  • Relevant U.S. privacy and security principles, including HIPAA-aligned protections for health information when applicable
