Transparency Charter
Complete accountability in everything we do—across finances, operations, and community impact.
Our Transparency Commitment
The Intellibus Care Foundation is built on trust. We believe every donor, beneficiary, clinician, partner institution, and community member deserves full clarity on how decisions are made, how funds are used, and how impact is measured.
As a newly established foundation, we are putting transparency at the center of our operations from day one by building the systems, safeguards, and reporting tools that ensure long-term accountability.
Our Transparency Framework
1. Financial Integrity Systems
We are establishing the financial governance needed to support full transparency as we grow:
- Independent CPA-reviewed financial statements (to be published annually once available).
- A standardized expense-classification framework for programs, operations, and mission activities.
- Internal financial controls aligned with nonprofit best practices.
Public financial reporting will begin with our first fiscal-year close.
2. Real-Time Operational Visibility
We are building a digital infrastructure that will make our work visible to the public:
- Mission activity dashboards (patients reached, missions executed, senior/veteran support, disaster deployments).
- Telemedicine usage and access metrics as the Atlas platform rolls out.
- Program-level summaries updated regularly.
These tools are under development and will go live as data becomes available. For this we leverage the WDG Grants Portal.
3. Governance Transparency
Our governance model ensures accountability across leadership and decision-making:
- Clear board charters and oversight responsibilities.
- Quarterly summaries of key board decisions (to be published once formal board cycles begin).
- Conflict-of-interest policies for all directors, advisors, and contributors.
We are committed to publishing governance updates as our board cadence matures.
4. Independent Oversight
To strengthen trust as we scale, we will implement:
- Annual independent audits beginning with our first full operating year.
- Third-party compliance reviews as required by grantmakers and regulatory bodies.
- Periodic evaluations of telemedicine, AI use, and mission-readiness standards.
Audit reports will be published once completed.
5. Responsible Use of Donations
Even in the early stage of our journey, our spending philosophy is clear:
- Program Services: The majority of funds will always support medical missions, telemedicine access, and community health programs.
- Operations & Technology: Essential infrastructure for safe, secure, and effective healthcare delivery.
- Development: Limited, mission-aligned outreach to sustain long-term impact.
Exact percentages will be published once financial statements are finalized.
